These balloons can be inflated with Helium or Air by using a pump only. Balloons are to be infalted by customer and will not come already inflated. We recommend that you inflate on the day for the best results.

Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
