The food colouring range of edible dusts, from Fractal Colors, offers an fantastic range of vibrant colours. These dusts are suitable for dry brushing or mixing into a paint when combined with clear alcohol or rejuvenator spirit. The dusts can be used on dry sugarpaste icing, modelling pastes and marizpan apply using a sugarcraft brush and colours can be intermixed to create a lovely range of shades. These dusts are perfect sugar flowers. You can mix in to buttercream, sugarpaste, flower and modelling paste, cake mix batter, chocolate, and royal icing.
Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
