Callebaut Blossom Caramel Chocolate Curls resemble delicate rolled up chocolate mini sized petals. They have a lovely delicate thin shape which mean they melt easily on the tongue. The taste of these Caramel Chocolate Blossoms combines cocoa from the milk chocolate and the butter caramel which gives it a sweetness. To use for your finishing touches add them on top of truffles, roll brigaderiros and even drinks. The flavour of the caramel blossoms work well for toppings on whipped cream on luxiourous hot chocolates. This tub contains 1kg.
