The Fondust range from Roxy & Rich are the only water-soluable food colours that can be used directly in food. This makes these food colouring powders ideal for colouring foodstuffs with low water contents. Use Fondust food colours in sugarpaste / fondant, marzipan, buttercream, cake and macaron mixes, royal icing and more, however it is not suitable for colouring chocolate. This range offers fantastic deep and dark, as well as, very bright colours.
These colours are highly concentrated and offer immediate colouring and does not change the consistency of the food.
Add up to 3g in 1kg of icing.
Ingredients: E133, E129, E102, E110, Starch.
