The Saracino sugar paste (Pasta Top) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity and up to temperatures of 30°C. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, stabiliser (E422, E413), rice starch, high oleic sunflower oil, thickener (E466), flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), colour (E102, E133); acid: citric acid (E330).
E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergen advice: May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, pistachio, hazelnuts).
