Supreme Silk red is a bright and bold coloured sugar paste. Made in Ireland, this icing has a vanilla flavour which isn't overly sweet to taste. This lovely pliable sugar paste is very easy to roll and apply first-time. It’s excellent covering properties help ensure no tearing or elephant skin occurs and suited for taller, deeper cakes due to its elasticity, this gives a good look in the colour you want. Due to Supreme Silk's firmer texture for best results, it is recommended to knead well before you start. Suitable for both covering cakes and modelling with, just Gum Tragacanth or Tylo powder to create a flower modelling paste.
Allergy Advice: Gluten Free, Dairy Free. Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans. Although this product is made nut free, it's manufactured, handled, and stored in environments that handles nuts and nut oils so it cannot be guaranteed to be 100% free of any NUT traces.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze or refrigerate and once opened, wrap in cling film and place inside an air-tight container, this will stop the unused sugar paste from drying out and cracking.
