A brilliant range of high-quality food colours suitable for use as an everyday food colouring. Suitable for colouring all sugarpastes, modelling pastes, marzipan and royal icing. 

These colours are fully intermixable allowing you to find the exact shade you need.

Add a little at a time until the desired colour has been achieved. Use no more than an average of 1 level teaspoon (5g) of colour per 500g of icing.

Water, Glucose Syrup, Thickener: E1422, Preservative: Acetic Acid.

Colours: E151, E129
