Easily create a three layer round checkerboard cake with this great cake pan set from Wilton. The set includes three 9" x 1.5" cake pans and a dividing ring for pouring in your batter. Watch the video below for a tutorial on how to use the pan.
Use your imagination to combine different colours and flavours! You could use two or three! For two colours, fill the innermost section with colour A, the next ring with colour B and the outer ring with colour A in two of the pans, and reverse the order for the third pan, removing the dividing ring using the easy-lift handles after filing each pan. Bake the cakes, layer, and your checkerboard is revealed with the first slice! For three colours, just alternate the placement of the batter for each layer.
