One Straight edged square polystyrene dummy with a straight top edge for royal icing, made from polystyrene and is 4" deep. Perfect for display cakes, shop windows, Cake Pop making and demonstrations. These are lighweight making them ideal to transport to and from shows. Dummies are also great to practice icing and decorating to get that perfect finish for your cakes! These can also be reused, just simpy remove the icing and wash thoroughly.
