Modelling Paste
Saracino offer four main modelling paste types; their core range labelled "Pasta Model"; modelling chocolate in white, milk and dark; plus two specialist pastes, the Flower Gum Paste or "Pasta Bouquet" and the Sculpting Paste or "Pasta Scultura". The core range is highly sought after as a high quality modelling paste which is suitable for most uses, particularly figure modelling as the high cocoa butter content allows the paste to remain pliable for longer. Modelling chocolate is also highly versatile for different types of modelling, plus the sculpting paste is offered as an alternative to modelling chocolate with the same modelling properties and super smooth finish. Not forgetting the Gum Paste which is ideal for sugar flowers as it can be rolled super thin for realistic petals and leaves.
