Easter Egg Cheesecakes
Fill your eggs with digestive biscuits, your own cheesecake filling then top with your favourite Easter treats. Then either gift them away or enjoy yourself!
Fancy changing the filling up? Try switching out the sugar in your recipe for one of sugar & crumbs flavoured icing sugars, we love the jaffa twist!
Nest Cakes
Everybody loves a nest cake, they’re a classic for a reason. Melted chocolate mixed with cornflakes or rice krispies then nestle in your mini eggs. If you want them to feel a tad more grown-up top with happy sprinkles eggs instead of the usual mini eggs.
Simnel Cake
The traditional cake of Easter is called a Simnel Cake. It’s made by topping a fruit cake with 11 marzipan ball to represent the apostles, leaving out judas for his betrayal of Jesus. If you want to cheat, we’ll provide the fruit cake and the marzipan for this one!
Easter Eggs
We have plenty of moulds to choose from if you are thinking of making your own Easter eggs (or bunnies) this year. With Callebaut’s Belgian chocolate callets coming in a range of flavours you should be able to make an egg to everybody’s’ tastes. If you’re feeling creative melt some different colour candy melts and draw a design for that extra personalised touch.
