Foodie Flavours are high strength, professional quality food flavourings, suitable for many uses within cooking and baking. The Candy Floss is created by blending substances from fruits or plants in just the right combination to cleverly achieve a wonderful Candy Floss taste. As these flavours are highly concentrated it is recommended to add 1ml per kg of food and adjust to taste from there. For best results the flavour should be added to a key wet ingredient first.
Not suitable for flavouring chocolate. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten, egg and dairy free, no added sugar.
