All you need to make festive penguins is in this lovely set which includes 1 large ‘mummy’ penguin cutter and 1 small ‘baby’ penguin cutter.
Each cutter also has an accompanying strip containing the eyes, tummy panel, hat, and scarf to decorate both sizes of penguins. You can also rearrange these pieces to create snowmen and robins.
