The FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownies makes it simple and easy for you to create those perfectly chocolately brownies in a matter of minutes. They offer a yummy rich fudge chocolate flavour - perfect for any choco addict! 

 

Preparation: All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven.

 

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, skimmed cocoa powder (10%), natural flavouring, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm).
