The Swiss Meringue Buttercream is less sweet than regular buttercream but can be used the same way - covering and filling cakes and decorating cupcakes. Typically Swiss Meringue Buttercream is difficult to make from scratch but this mix helps your get perfect results everytime.
All you have to do is to add water and butter to this mix. Full instructions on how to use on the product packaging.
