A softer handling covering paste with a more delicate flavour, brighter white colour and is quick to knead. This sets softly and is perfect for smaller single tier cakes and offers a smooth finish.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerine, Emulsifier: Mono- and Di- Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Stabiliser: Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Flavouring.
