A fantastic dark green coloured ready to roll icing, perfect for floral or Christmas themed cakes. Makes a wonderful contrast to bright sugar flowers whilst complimenting leaf colours.
Make your own coloured modelling paste by adding tylo powder, CMC or gum tragacanth to the paste, making it firm and pliable and able to hold the shapes you mould it into.
