The Renshaw Extra Ready-to-Roll Icing is firmer and more elastic than Renshaw standard ready-to-roll. This is perfect for hotter and more humid climates, and is great for covering deep cakes and sculpted novelty cakes as it has more resistance to tearing. It can also be rolled very thin and has a very smooth satin finish.
This marshmallow flavoured version has a more intense vanilla flavour than the normal white, making this icing extra tasty.
To use, knead until pliable and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Use product at room temperature.
This pack size will cover an 8 inch (20cm) round cake.

Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened wrap in clingfilm and store in an air tight container.
