Saracino modelling chocolate is ideal for shaping intricate designs as it quickly holds its form once positioned. If it becomes too warm, work in cooler temperatures or chill intermittently to maintain its shape. It blends smoothly and easily when adding to sculptures, especially when wearing plastic gloves. Additionally, it takes colour beautifully with airbrushing, paste colours, and colour dusts. Remember to knead the product for a soft, elastic consistency before use and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
