This high strength Sparkling Wine flavouring great to flavour your bakery, fillings and more. Add the classy alcohol-free natural Prosecco flavouring by Foodie Flavours to your puddings, marshmallows, wedding cakes and chocolates. This flavouring can not be used in drinks.
Foodie Flavours are high strength, professional quality food flavourings, suitable for many uses within cooking and baking. It is recommended for best results that the flavouring is diluted into a key wet ingredient such as water milk or egg. As these flavours are highly concentrated it is recommended to add 1ml per kg of food which is about 15-20 drops, adn then adjust to taste. This 15ml bottle contains approximately 300 drops (1 drop is approx. 0.05ml) of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please note that some of the flavour will "flash off" so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. Please note this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.
