This book is divided into four creature categories:

1. Aquatics - Goldfish, Frog, Octopus, Crab, Shark, Whale, Eel, Yellow Tang Fish, Clownfish, Blue Tropical Fish

2. Wild - Snakes, Elephant, Monkey, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion

3. Pets - Guinea Pig, Dog, Car & Mice, Rabbit, Shetland Pony

4. Dinosaurs - T.Rex, Alligator, Diplodocus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Wooly Mamouth

Each individual animal comes complete with simple instructions and colourful photography. 

Having originally qualified as a graphic designer, Jan Clement-May started sugarcrafting in 1995 when her children were small. In 2001, she set up her own business and soon became a well-known contributor to Cakes & Sugarcraft magazine. Jan was a popular tutor at the Squires Kitchen International School of Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft and has written several books on sugar modelling and cake decorating.
