This chocolate cake mix produces a close textured, moist cakes. This large 3kg bag is perfect for producing multiple cakes; make three 10" square cakes or six 8" round cakes. Alternatively you could make between 130 to 200 cupcakes from one pack! 

Provided your baked cakes are stored well, they should keep for up to 2 weeks.
