The cake drum is the strongest and most popular type of disposable cake board. It has a bonded fibre board inner which is covered on the top and sides with a fern textured, silver coloured foil and has a white paper on the base. The finished cake board is 0.5'' (12mm) thick and we supply them as a single board or a pack of 5 to help save you money. 15 inch cake drums are a very popular size for larger individual cake designs. They are easy to cover with sugarpaste and ribbon if desired.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our cake boards are traditionally hand finished so please allow a certain amount of variation in accurate size and finish - small folds, creases, scratches, bends and dents are features occasionally found in the hand-finished product and are not considered faults.
