500g Royal Icing Mix by Saracino

The Saracino royal icing mix is created from very fine cane sugar to obtain an optimum mix for all royal icing uses from very fine work like thin threads to larger piped elements like leaves and petals.

The icing can be stored for up to three days in glass or ceramic containers covered in film inside a fridge.

Simply add water to make mix, full instructions are included on the packaging.

Ingredients: Icing sugar, egg white powder, corn starch, flavor.
