Before first use, rinse with warm soapy water and dry with kitchen roll. For best results, use a mix of Sugarpaste and Flower Paste—we recommend half and half—and lightly dust the mould with cornflour to prevent sticking. Once the paste is pressed in, simply flex the mould to release your design smoothly. Karen Davies also offers her own Sugarpaste, which works perfectly with this mould.

Enhance your balloon decorations with edible dusts and colours for a stunning finish. Dusting the inside of the mould with edible lustre dusts gives a beautiful shimmer effect, while mixing Rejuvenator Liquid with Sugarflair powder colours or lustre dusts creates a vibrant edible paint to bring your balloons to life.
