Powder Colours and Pumps

The Saracino powder colours are available in both matt and lustre finishes. The matt powders are liposoluable so that they can be used for colouring chocolate, or mixed with melted cocoa butter to create an edible paint that can be used for all edible painting purposes including painting onto chocolate. Both the matt and lustre colours can be brushed directly onto sugarpaste, modelling paste and marzipan or made into edible paints by mixing with a clear alcohol or rejuvenator spirit.
