Callebaut Dark chocolate Crispearls are small toasted crispy biscuit beads coated in delicious 811 dark chocolate, which has an intense chocolate taste with prominent notes of roasted cocoa. Dark chocolate Crispearls add a finishing touch to your desserts or pastries. To create your elegant look simply sprinkle on top of glazed cakes and desserts, or mix into chocolate mousse, ice cream or bavarois. Adding a crispy chocolate texture to your desserts they remain crunchy. The bag contains 800g.
