The Couture Sugarpaste is a high-quality ready to roll icing with everyday value. It offers a smooth finish and is perfect for super sharp edges. The elasticity of this paste makes it ideal for taller or more unusually shaped cakes and can be rolled out extra thin for good coverage, without tearing or cracking.
To get the best out of Couture, ensure you have thoroughly kneaded the paste before rolling out to work the natural gums and create the elasticity. The black coloured paste is slightly softer than the white so be careful if you have warm hands. It also dries slightly quicker, so work with it quickly.
Ingredients: Sugar 78%, Glucose syrup, Palm kernel fat, water, Starch (potato), Glycerin (humectant), Colouring: E153, carboxymethyl cellulose, vanilla oil, Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid, Flavouring.

Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened wrap in clingfilm and store in an air tight container.
