Culpitt - Meri White 100g

Meri White is a white powdered egg substitute.  This can be used for the preparation of royal icing and meringues and similar albumen based confectionery goods. 

Ingredients: Wheat Flour; Dried Egg Albumen, Sugar, Modified Starch (E1414); Acidity Regulators (E336, E327) Dextrose; Lactic Acid, Dextrise, Stabiliser Guar Gum.

Alergen Information contains Egg & Cereal containing Gluten.
