Wafer Paper how to use: Applying to Iced Cakes: use a small amount of water for light dampening, do not use too much water otherwise the wafer may crinkle and cause marks on the pattern. Applying to Buttercream: the wafer paper should adhere directly onto buttercream. Best to use white buttercream so that no colours bleed into the design of the wafer paper.
Cake Paper how to use: Applying to Iced Cakes: use cake gel or 1tbsp of glycerine to 2 tbsp of water in a spray bottle to adhere the paper to your cake. Applying to Buttercream: the cake paper should adhere directly onto buttercream
