Shimmer Ice Cream Mix is a blend of Pink, Mother of Pearl, Red, White, Green, Blue, and Orange edibles suitable for vegetarians.
The approximate sizes of cake sprinkles are 2mm to 6mm.
The Shimmer Ice Cream mix comprises of compressed sugar, sugar pearls, non pareils, stars and hearts with a natural pearlised finish.
