Saracino Sugarpaste

The Saracino sugarpaste is designed to be suitable for use throughout the year, including hot summer months, up to 30 degrees, as well as in high humidity. It is also suitable for refrigeration. The paste is soft and has high elasticity, suitable for rolling as thin as 1mm. The icing has a vanilla flavour and can be coloured.
