Create beautiful lace decorations for your cakes with this Gluten Free Mix For Lace by FunCakes. This mix for gluten-free lace only requires the addition of water, making it easier than ever to make your own edible cake lace. This edible lace is slightly translucent/white in colour and has a delicious toffee flavour.
Preparation
- Mix 50g lace mix with 50ml water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Fill a lace mould with the batter.
- Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (convection oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven).
- To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours.
- Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
Ingredients: sugar (77,7%), modified starch (corn), starch (potato), glucose syrup, maltodextrin, starch (corn), emulsifier: E471, thickener: E401, E415, colour: E170, flavouring.
