The FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownies makes it simple and easy for you to create those perfectly chocolately brownies in a matter of minutes. They offer a yummy rich chocolate flavour! If desired add bake stable chocolate chunks, nuts and or rasins to the mix for added bonus bites or opt for a glaze on top applied after cooling. This mix can also be used to bake chocolate muffins.
Preparation: All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven.
Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, vegetable oil and fat (palm, turnip), cocoa powder (skimmed, 7%), modified starch, glucose syrup (dried), potato starch, salt, raising agent: E450, E500, MILK protein, flavouring.
