This mix from FunCakes makes great tasting cookies. These delicious crispy and crunchy cookies have a beautiful even texture and flat shape which makes them perfect to decorate with royal icing or fondant.
With this 500g bag of mix you can make approx. 25 cookies of 7-10 cm (depending on thickness and shape). If you have some dough leftover then Save it in the freezer for next time. Theres no wastage with this mix! Instructions are included on the packet.
