The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. It’s much lighter than many other creams, but still nicely stiff to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully high. It has a mild vanilla flavour but you can still add a different flavour if you choose.
All you have to do is to add water and milk to this mix and you get fluffy cream. Full instructions on how to use on the product packaging. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse.
