What size do i need?
The .5 inch plates allow for 1/4 inch frosting around your cake
The .25 plates allow for 1/8 inch frosting around your cake
The .00 plates are to be used if your cake shrinks once baked
These plates are re-usable and so a great investment for any cake decorator. Also available in Square.
