The Magic Colours edible neon food colouring gels have a unique soft texture which will not alter the texture of your icing. These are highly concentrated for extreme vivid hues, so just one drop which is easy to achieve with the nozzle lid, will create instant colour. Build up colour gradually, drop by drop, for strong vibrant colours.
Use to colour fondant and buttercream icing, gumpaste and marzipan. It can also be using in baking up to temperatures of 200°.
Shake well before using. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool place.
