EeZee Dowels are easy to cut yet strong. You can cut them with ease using just standard kitchen scissors. They have an extra thick interior and therefore offer the ability to support a three-tiered stacked cake.
EeZee dowels not only pass through the cake easily due to their more compact size they take up less space leaving more room for cake. These dowels are food safe. They are disposable or reusable, all you need to do is wash them with warm soapy water and they are ready to use again.
The recomendation for sufficient support is to cut each dowel in to 5 pieces per tier and place them in centrally, please see the video below for an example of this.
