PME brownie pan is only 1 inch deep which is perfect for baking brownies and even shortbread. It is made from anodised aluminium which is designed to be seemless & to give an even bake due to the heat distribution. Very easy to clean these pans can be hand washed with a soft sponge and soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe. This tin measures approx 177mm x 279mm x 25mm (11" x 7" x 1").
