Tall latitude patterned acrylic side scraper for creating a smooth faultline side to cakes. Ideal to use with Buttercream, royal icing, fresh cream. This scraper is dual purposed for either 4" tall cakes or 6" tall cakes and measures approx 10" tall.
Easy to use: hold scraper firmly against cake and scrape round the cake to remove the centre third. Then fill with either a different colour buttercream and or sprinkles.
These latitude scrapers are made from food safe acrylic, are durable and easy to clean. Wash in warm soapy water - do not clean using abrasive cleaners or use in dishwasher as this may scratch the surface.
