Usage Instructions:

PME concentrated paste food colours are highly concentrated food colouring gels suitable for colouring a range of edible products including cake batter, buttercream, sugarpaste & royal icing.  For a pastel shade of lime crush, use sparingly, try using a cocktail stick to get a small amount out. To achieve a darker colour, build up gradually adding a small amount at a time, this colour will darken upon drying.  Please note that whilst we have taken every step we can in order to show the true shade of this gel paste, colour settings on computers can and do vary, and may display this product's image differently. 

 

Ingredients: Humectant: (Glycerol - E422), Bulking agent: (Propylène glyco l- E1520), Gelling agent: (Silicon dioxide -E551), Colours: (Tartrazine - E102, Brown HT- E155).

 

E102, E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

 

Allergy advice: May contain traces of wheat, eggs, milk, nuts and soy.

 

Classed as 'gluten free' due to there being no active ingredients containing gluten. However, there is a risk of possible traces below the maximum allowed (20 parts per million).

 

Usage: Max 2g per kg of cake and icing.
