This pre-coloured deep purple fondant icing by Renshaw is perfect for cake decorating. Ready to roll it can be used to cover children's birthday cakes and wedding cakes.
Make you own coloured modelling paste by adding CMC, tylo powder or gum tragacanth to the icing, making the paste firmer and dries harder, holding the shape you have moulding it into.
Ingredients: Sugar (EU and non-EU), Glucose syrup, Palm oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabilisers: E415, E466; Preservative: E202, Flavouring, Colours: *E122, E133.
