Foodie Flavours are high strength, professional quality food flavourings, suitable for many uses within cooking and baking. A Rhubarb natural flavouring gives a tart, sweet, stewed flavour why not try this in bakery, confectionery and more. As these flavours are highly concentrated it is recommended to add 1ml per kg of food and adjust to taste from there. For best results the flavour should be added to a key wet ingredient first.
Not suitable for flavouring chocolate. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten, egg and dairy free, no added sugar.
