Dried Roses can be used as a garnish or flavouring for a variety of dishes and drinks. The petals can also be used on their own. For example, the petals can be individually floated on drinks, or pressed into brownie slabs. Along with cupcakes, drinks and desserts, our Rose dried edible flowers can also be used to flavour jams and syrups or frozen into ice cubes. When freezing edible Rose petals into ice cubes, be sure to add and freeze the water in stages, to avoid the flowers floating to the top.
