Add an eye-catching, high-gloss finish to your desserts with Saracino’s Red Mirror Glaze. Bursting with vibrant colour and flavour, this ready-to-use glaze is perfect for mousse cakes, pastries, and frozen treats.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, rice starch, thickeners: E440, E406; acidity regulators: E330, E331; flavour, preservative: E202; colour E129. May contain EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY BEANS, MILK, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIO.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
How to use: heat until the glaze reaches 35/40°C while stirring slowly. Pour it over a frozen / very cold dessert and store it in a blast chiller for 1 minute or in a freezer for 30 minutes. Remove it from the blast chiller or freezer and decorate.
