Cake Gel, otherwise known as piping gel, has many uses for example sealing / crumb coating cakes before icing, covering dummies to before icing to create an adhesive surface and can be coloured and used to pipe writing or decorations onto cakes. Perfect for swimming pools, ponds or the sea, just simple add food blue colour to get the desired effect.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectin (E440); modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).

Allergen advice: May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio).

Contains no GMO ingredients.
