The Saracino chocolate modelling paste is a tasty alternative to the Pasta Model modelling paste. The chocolate modelling paste has similar qualities; it hardens quickly without drying, retaining some malleability whilst being durable.
This paste well suited to making models and is great for decorations which are intended to be eaten.
Note: This paste begins quite hard and will require kneading before use. If it is too hard, it can be placed in a microwave, on low, for 10 - 15 seconds to gently soften the paste.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Chocolate couverture 39% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), sugar, glucose syrup,
potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202.
