The concentrated food flavouring pastes by Saracino offer a range of different uses and applications. These are also created with heat stability in mind making them ideal for baked applications. These flavouring pastes can also be used as they are, poured over ice cream, gateaux, yoghurt or other sweet treats, or used as a jam in baked sponges for exceptional flavour.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Vanilla Flavour
Dosage:
40/50 grams of paste for 1 litre of basis mix
Use 40 grams of flavouring paste per litre of fresh cream in the case of mousse, 40 grams per litre of milk in the case of bavarois, 50 grams per kg of mixture of products in the case of cakes. As for the use in ice-cream 40/50 grams of paste per kg of mixture.
Simply mix the flavouring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute to blend it perfectly.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, dextrose, flavor, exhausted ground vanilla beans (0,3%), thickener: sodium
carboxy methyl cellulose E466, guar gum E412; acidifier: citric acid E330; colors: betacarotene E160a,
riboflavin E101.
