The fantastic range of Colour Gels are brought to you by leading cake decorating, sugarcraft and patisserie brand Saracino. The gel food colours are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way, we recommend adding small amounts of colour at a time and building the colour up to what you desire. (Not exceeding 1.67g per kg.)

The colours can be used for sugarpaste, flower and modelling pastes, buttercream and royal icing. Suitable for food use only.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Water, Sucrose, Colouring; E102, Gelling agent; E406, Acidifier; E330, Preservative; E202.

E102 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children.

Allergens: May contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and hazelnuts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from sunlight and protect from temperatures exceeding 50°c
